The overnight rental market is different than many traditional real estate markets except for the rule of location.

That is they don't want to travel on farm roads or over winding, poorly maintained roads to get to and from their cabin. One other popular location is completely secluded cabins, where there's no other cabins in sight. There are people who want privacy and seclusion for their ideal getaway. This type of cabin is getting harder to find in this area however.
