Time Is of The Essence

In ALL real estate transactions the term  "time is of the essence"  is a very important term.

In a market being dynamic as ours in The Great Smoky Mountain area, it's  "really"  important. A few hours hesitation can see the property you really want be under contract.

We don't just tell you that as a sales pitch. Here's some reasons why it's true:

Most realtors that specialize in the investment cabins have several investors they are working with at any given time. Many of those investors already own multiple cabins and are just waiting on the next one that meets their criteria. They will often put a cabin under contract (sight unseen) within a few hours of it being listed, by fax.

If it does make it to the MLS service before it's under contract, then it's available to about 500 agents and the normal process begins.

You need to be prepared by doing your research and planning in advance when purchasing a property in this area.

Being pre-qualified and ready to buy is the most important advice we can give you.
